Cut My Boards supplies MDF, MFC and decorative furniture panels, with cutting, edging and CNC machining to suit your project. Based in Hayes, West London, we work with cabinet makers, joiners, kitchen fitters, businesses and private customers.

We understand the details that matter: accurate dimensions, grain direction, a well-chosen finish and neatly prepared edges. From a single shelf to a full set of kitchen or wardrobe panels, our aim is to make ordering the right materials straightforward.

What we do

Cutting & edging

Order panels to your finished dimensions and select edging to complement your chosen decor. Prepare cabinet parts, doors, shelves and wardrobe panels with the sizes and edge requirements set out in your cutting list.

Boards & decorative finishes

Choose from MDF, MFC and decorative boards for furniture and interiors. Explore plain colours, woodgrains and tactile finishes, with full-sheet supply available when you prefer to do the cutting yourself.

CNC cutting & drilling

Go beyond straight cuts with shaped components, cut-outs, grooves and accurately positioned holes. Send us your CAD drawings or a dimensioned sketch so we can review the machining requirements and prepare a quotation.
