Shop boards / Panel Drilling

Panel Drilling

Prepare cabinet parts, doors and shelves for assembly with accurately positioned drilling. Choose the available machining options on your board’s page, or send a dimensioned drawing for a quotation.

Give each hole a clear specification

Show the hole diameter, depth and centre position from clearly identified reference edges. Identify the face to be machined, panel thickness and number of matching parts. Include the hinge or fitting specification so we can check compatibility.

For shelf-hole runs, state the hole spacing, starting position and number of holes. Distinguish through-holes from blind holes and show any left- and right-handed parts separately.

Online options and bespoke drilling

Use the machining options shown for your chosen board where they cover your requirement. For a special pattern, multiple faces or a detail that is not available online, send a DWG or DXF drawing, or a clear dimensioned sketch, using our CNC quotation form.

For shaped components, grooves or cut-outs alongside drilling, see our CNC cutting service. Ask the team to check fitting-critical tolerances before ordering.
