Plan how your panels will reach you before placing your order. Delivery options and charges depend on the destination and order; collection is available from our Hayes premises.
Enter your delivery details during ordering and review the available service and charge before payment. If your address or order needs a quotation, contact us with your postcode, board selection, panel sizes and quantities.
Tell us about restricted access, vehicle limits or unloading requirements before ordering. Ask the team to confirm delivery arrangements for your destination rather than assuming a particular vehicle or unloading service is included.
Collection is from Unit 5, Argent Centre, Silverdale Road, Hayes, London UB3 3BS. Arrange collection with the team and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.
Check the panel or sheet dimensions against your vehicle and make suitable arrangements to secure and protect the boards. Current contact details and opening hours are shown in the site footer and on our contact page.
Lead time depends on the chosen material, availability and the cutting, edging or machining required. For a particular deadline, contact us before payment with the decor code, thickness, quantities, postcode and date needed.
Wait for confirmation of the production and delivery schedule before booking an installer. A delivery charge or order acknowledgement does not, by itself, confirm a requested delivery date.
